Can I change my billing or shipping information?
If you need to update your billing or shipping details, please contact us at info@cutefirst.com as soon as possible.
If your order has not been shipped yet, we will update the address for you.
If the package is already in transit, the shipping information cannot be changed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal only.
Your payment information is not stored on our servers and is securely processed through PayPal.
How do I know if my payment has been received?
Once your payment is processed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email.
You may also log in to your account on cutefirst.com to check your order status.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes. Once your payment is received, an invoice will be sent to your email automatically.
How can I find out the shipping cost?
Shipping rates and free shipping conditions are listed in our Shipping Policy.
You can view it anytime on our website.
Can I send my order to a different address as a gift?
Yes, you may ship your order to a different address. Simply enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 48–72 hours.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
You will receive a separate tracking email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the courier’s system.
Where is my confirmation email?
